Main Component Acceptance Criteria

Each criterion is evaluated according to the component application and the agreed technical requirements of the order.

Dimensions & Geometry

Checking key dimensions, overall geometry, and contact or connection points.

Visual Integrity

Inspecting surfaces to identify visible defects.

Finishing Quality

Evaluating grinding, excess material removal, and final surface uniformity.

Enamel & Coating

Inspecting coating quality, color, and uniformity according to order requirements.

Nonconformity Handling

Nonconforming Components Are Removed from the Delivery Process

The component is separated and the cause of the nonconformity is reviewed to determine whether correction, rework, or removal from the order is required.
